Configuration to connect to directory service and import information from it can be specified by Virola administrator through Administration / Directory server menu:

 

 

Then the following parameters should be configured on the Directory Server configuration tab:

 

•Connection to the directory server

•Path to a user profile with extended rights for authentication and import users

•Base DN of the directory where a user search will be performed

•Attribute for user authentication

•Mapping directory server attributes with Virola fields
